How to manage document types

Adding Document Type

1. Go to System Administration

2. Scroll down to document type


3. Select application type

4. Click the Add icon on the right 



Creating document type

1. Add the type of document

2. Checkbox for visible to Applicant

3. Click submit




Adding the document to an application

1. Go to Building Permit

2. Click on App List



3. Open the document you wish to add the document to



Adding document type to an application

1. In the secondary navigation menu select Document



2. Select add new document icon



3. Select document type

4. Upload documents
