To request Further Information:
Select the application
on submitted status that requires additional information.
To Request Further Information
1. Select Additional Information in upper menu tabs or
2. Scroll down the page and find “Additional Information Section”
To add additional Information
There are two options for adding the information:
1. Information can be added using the Templates.
2. Information can be added manually.
The other two options are used for sorting
and editing the additional information by selecting it.
To Enter Additional Information Using
1.
Add today’s date as Date Requested for the
application.
2.
Select the required predefined information templates from the description section.
3.
Click on submit.
To Enter Additional Information Manually
1. Add today’s date as Date Requested for the application.
2. Type the category name.
3. Type the Name of the Template.
4. Add the Description.
5. Click on “Submit”.
To view Added information
Once you have added the information, it will appear under Additional Information section.
To send notification on further information
Select “Proceed to” from upper menu tab.
Click “Request
More Info” and click on submit.
This will send a notification to the applicant and change
the status to “Request for more information”.
